G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management and Research, as part of its GLOBAL TALK SERIES, initiated by Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions and Dr. UrvashiMakkar, Director General, GLBIMR organized a Symposium on “Creating Value with Values in Organizations” by Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz on March 30, 2019. The session was graced by Mr. Pankaj Belwariar, Associate Vice President National Marketing, PrabhatKhabar as Guest of Honour and Mr. Rakesh Sinha, Senior Manager, PrabhatKhabar as distinguished guest.
The welcome address was delivered by Dr. UrvashiMakkar where she shared that the objective of global talk series is to provide unique learning international exposure to students so that they can acquire a competitive edge to learn from globally renowned academicians of repute. She emphasized that the theme of the talk series was very critical for personal and professional success that is value based development. Resonating with her suggestions, Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz shared detailed understanding of how Value Creation is the Foundation for any Business Sustainability and how values help in Improving Organizational Performance
It was a highly stimulating and interactive session where many doubts and queries of the students were cleared. The session was very fruitful in building the importance of values among students that they could personify in their future jobs.
