According to the latest update from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the ICMR JRF 2020 exam is scheduled on July 12th, 2020. This exam will be held in partnership with Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), and the exam is set to be held at many centers in the cities of Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi (NCR), Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) and Varanasi.
The schedule has been posted on the official website. Candidates are requested to visit the official website so as to check the schedule. The application process for ICMR JRF will begin from April 27, 2020, and will conclude on May 27. 2020. ICMR will award a total of 150 fellowships through this exam. 120 will be in the field of Biomedical Science and 30 will be for work emphasis on Social Science.

PwBD exempted from payment of fee
Educational Qualification: MSc/MA or equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks for General/EWS/OBC candidates and 50% for the SC/ST and PwBD candidates in the subjects mentioned above. Candidates appearing in the final year examination in 2019-2020 session can also apply.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for admission to the eligibility test is 28 years as on 30-09-2020 (relaxable upto five years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, PwBD and female candidates and three years in the case of OBC).
