Maharashtra Board HSC, SSC Re-exam 2020 to begin from next month


The Class 10 and Class 12 re-exam 2020 dates have been announced by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, MSBSHSE. The Maharashtra Board HSC and SSC Re-exam 2020 will be conducted in November-December.

The re-exams will be held for those candidates who failed in the board examination. As per reports, Maharashtra State Board usually conducts re-exams in October. This year, the re-exams have been delayed due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Moreover, the state board has also announced the online application process for candidates who failed in the MSBSHSE Board Class 10 and Class 12 exam 2020 or want to improve their score. The candidates can fill the form from October 20 to October 29, 2020.

This year, a total of 13 lakh students appeared for Maharashtra’s HSC examination and 17 lakh students appeared for the SSC exam this year.

The Maharashtra SSC result was announced on July 29th. In the exam, the Konkan region recorded the highest pass percentage i.e. 98.77 per cent. Further, the total pass percentage in the Class 10 exam stood at 95.30 percent.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra HSC Result 2020 was announced on July 16. As per the result data, the overall pass percentage in Maharashtra board HSC or Class 12 exam 2020 stood at 90.66 percent. Also, girls once again outperformed boys in the examination.
