Schools, colleges closed in Puducherry, Karaikal due to Cyclone Mandous

With the Cyclone ‘Mandous’ intensified into a major cyclonic storm, all the institutions in Puducherry and Karaikal will remain shut.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of heavy to extremely heavy rain in coastal districts of Tamil Nadu.
