Minister of School and Mass Education Nityananda Gond stated on Thursday that the decision about the scheduling and reopening of schools will be reevaluated in light of the current weather conditions.
We had already instructed collectors to decide whether to reopen schools or adjust the start date for classes I through XII in all government, assisted, and private schools while taking their districts’ weather into account. If the weather is favorable, morning lessons might be held from 6.30 am to 10.30 am,” he informed reporters.
In a further statement, the government stated that all state schools will be open on June 21 from 6.30 am to 10.30 am and will resume regular operations on June 22.
