Dr. Srilakshmi Kondru – Secretary and Correspondent
Born and mentioned as a warrior princess, Dr. Kondru Srilakshmi was regarded as a respected leader within her family. While her original aspiration was to become a doctor and run a mobile hospital van to serve the less privileged, her journey led her to establish BITS. Her family includes her husband, who holds a B.E and MBA degree and is now involved in politics, as well as their two daughters, Amulya and Anishka. Dr. Kondru attributes her success to her commitment to walking the talk, embracing challenges, and upholding transparency and hard work. She believes in tackling problems head-on and persevering until they overcome. With many dreams left to fulfill, she is determined to shape young minds and nurture responsible citizens through BITS. Inspired by her father’s teachings to help others without expecting anything in return, Dr. Kondru finds joy in singing and spending quality time with her children. These activities bring solace to her mind and soul. In conclusion, Dr. Srilakshmi Kondru emphasizes that being a woman in the role of an educational entrepreneur is not an impossible task.
