Over the last few years, Ramco Institute of Technology has grown its programs by adding fresh B.Tech degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science and Business Systems, and B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning specialization.
These updates called for better facilities and staff. Thanks to solid support from the Ramco Group, the college built new labs that meet all rules and brought in skilled teachers. It keeps curricula fresh through Anna University to match industry changes. Students take extra classes in hot areas like IoT, robotics, design thinking, sensors, Staad Pro V8i, building information modeling, embedded systems, cloud, blockchain, cybersecurity, neural networks, deep learning, and CAD/CAM. Dr. Ganesan added, “Our Placement and Training Centre delivers strong results, landing students roles in leading multinationals with top CTC packages.”

Strategic priorities for now include achieving complete academic independence, boosting curriculum adaptability, and elevating placement quality with superior CTC offers.
The institute eyes program growth in AI, automation, Cyber Security and machine learning, paired with vertical scaling ahead. Particularly, the research muscle at RIT will be receiving a much needed lift very soon via new centers, more grants, and seed capital for student inventions.
