The Class 12 HSE was released today by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE). The official TN plus 2 result scorecards websites are dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in.
94.56% of students were successful in +2 exams.
To view the TN HSE +2 scorecard, candidates must provide their registration number, roll number, and password. Over eight lakh students took the Class 12 HSC plus 2 exam in TN between March 1 and March 22.
Out of the 7,60,606 candidates that ran this year, 7,19,196 were successful. Of these, 3,25,305 (92.37%) males and 3,93,890 (96.44%) girls passed. The only candidate of the third gender to run was successful.
Over time, less and fewer students have been taking the TN Class 12 +2 examinations. In the year 2020, there were 7,79,931 pupils, compared to 8,42,512 in 2019. Even while the number rose to 8,16,473 in 2021, it fell to 8,06,277 in 2022, and then to 8,03,385 in 2023, when fewer students took the exam.
