Education Excellence Awards & Summit 2025 – Engineering Special

On January 10, 2026, at Hyatt Centric, Hebbal – Bengaluru became the epicenter of educational inspiration as the Academic Insights Education Excellence Awards & Summit 2025, gathered over 200 leaders, principals, directors, trustees, and academicians from across India. This landmark event honored transformational figures whose legacies blend technical brilliance, humanitarian vision, equity, and inclusivity, shaping not just institutions, but generations.

The ceremony commenced with a poignant Lamp Lighting Ceremony featuring four eminent leaders:

  • Dr. Wooday P. Krishna, Honorary General Secretary, Seshadripuram Educational Trust—a five-decade pioneer expanding 34 Karnataka institutions for 22,000+ students, blending engineering expertise with Gandhian values, Red Cross honors, and Karnataka Rajyotsava Award.
  • Dr. Ravi Juniwal, Chancellor, Apex University, Jaipur—a visionary scaling multidisciplinary programs in engineering, management, law, and more, prioritizing research, innovation, and value-driven graduates.
  • Padma Shri Dr. John Ebnezar—globally acclaimed orthopedic surgeon revolutionizing techniques, research, patient care, and surgical mentorship worldwide.
  • Prof. Dr. T. H. Anjanappa—surgical legend with 40+ years, 35,000+ procedures, and leadership across premier Karnataka medical colleges, famed for feats like single-night bullet surgeries and a 23kg tumor removal.

Dr. Krishna presented the first awards to Institutions of Legacy, recognizing networks fusing academics, spirituality, and holistic growth:

  • BGS National Public School – Bengaluru, Karnataka
  • Spring Mount Public School – Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
