At the postgraduate level, IIBS extends its academic offerings to include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). IIBS distinguishes itself through its certification initiatives. The institute offers Harvard Business School Certifications, allowing students to choose from a selection of 42 programs to enhance their expertise and credentials. Additionally, the IIBS Finishing School Certifications encompass 228 modules across 57 certifications, including both common certifications for all students and specializations specific certifications.

Which include being affiliated with Bengaluru City University, getting an approval by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and a recognition by the University Grants Commission (UGC). IIBS has also achieved an impressive A grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), boasting a high CGPA of 3.20 on a 4-point scale.

IIBS boasts a robust placement system, with over 300 campus drives and participation from more than 1,200 companies, resulting in over 2,500 job offers. To support research activities, IIBS offers robust support and incentives to faculty members. “These include workload reduction for faculty engaged in research, appraisal policies that value research output, and financial and non-financial incentives such as reimbursements for workshop and publication fees”, shared – Dr. Tripuraneni Jaggaiah, the Director and Principal of IIBS. “Moreover, we ensure that IIBS provides essential resources and infrastructure to support research endeavors, including access to digital and physical research resources through the library and e-resources”, Dr. Jaggaiah continued.
