One of the premier management institutes imparting quality education in Warangal, KIOMS conducts a 2-year full-time PGDM program with multiple specializations in Management practices, Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics & Supply chain and Banking with International Perspectives applied as inputs to each of the courses. The program is AICTE approved and the institute is well equipped in the direction of catering to the needs and demands of the industry, converting students of today into professional managers who have the ability to manage & lead organizations.
The curriculum followed at KIOMS is intensive and aimed at improving the management understanding and developing skills to meet the Global Business expectations. The whole institute and the management devote their time in the favor of ensuring students have the best possible learning experience in the smartest way. All this is possible due to the combined efforts of highly committed faculty. The faculty at the b-school consists of talented individuals who have adequate experience in both academics and industry.

In addition, KIOMS also believes in giving value-based management education, thereby, wishing to present well-equipped management graduates to the industry by giving the necessary knowledge and skillset desirable to be accepted by the industry readily.
KIOMS is equipped with strong Training and Placement cell for imparting necessary training in soft skills and in aptitude training to improve the employability of students. This cell takes care of Industry internship placements and final placements. It also monitors the foreign study tour proposed for the students by exposing them to international corporate practices and to train them on Diversity management by planning a suitable training module for Managing diversity. This cell maintains the necessary interaction with the industry and takes care of the Industry visits.
As a part of the curriculum and to have a broader perspective about the industry operations, students are sent for about one- or two-months of industry internships at the end of their first year. In addition, a functional Project during the second year in their respective specialized areas for a period of two months.
Mr. Karthik Pilli – The Director
A professional, educationist, and nationalist, Mr. Karthik Pilli has gained a prominent position in society in such a short span that can be attributed to his strong will power, caliber, conviction, dedication, and leadership quality. He is a workaholic with strong determination, dedication, discipline, and devotion.
He did his under graduation from the United Kingdom, Post-Graduation from Siva Sivani Institute of Management and Advanced Management Program in Healthcare from ISB, and LLB. From Kakatiya University. Karthik is an educationist by instinct and a businessperson by profession. While pursuing his under graduation he has visited many intuitions and industries in different countries like the USA, France, Holland, etc., to draw inspiration, understand the education system in various countries, and imbibe them in his educational institutions.
