Principal, Mrs Archana S Mankotia, has steered a ship as enormous as MGD, with a large crew, successfully in dry waters during the pandemic years, proving her steel will and unflinching resolve even under direst situation. Communication is essential to the job because it ensures that everyone understands the school’s mission and their role in it, Ms Mankotia with her excellent communication has been a winner of hearts of all stakeholders, Management, Parents, Students, Staff, her positivity, enthusiasm, availability to teachers, staff members, parents, students, and community members, has placed her at the core of everyone’s thoughts. She stays calm in difficult situations, thinks before acting, and puts the needs of the school before self.
