The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is rolling out On-Screen Marking (OSM) for evaluating Class 12 answer sheets starting with the 2026 board exams. This shift promises greater efficiency, transparency, and precision in assessments. In a notice sent to affiliated schools, CBSE confirmed that digital evaluation will apply to Class 12 papers from 2026 onward, while Class 10 evaluations remain in traditional physical mode for that year.
