For the third day in a row, the CBSE post-result services portal has been plagued by technical issues, leaving Class 12 students in a lurch. Despite the Board’s insistence that the system is “fully functioning,” candidates are reporting significant hurdles in the revaluation and verification process.
The trouble began on May 19, coinciding with the opening of the window for students to apply for scanned copies of their answer books. Since then, users have faced a barrage of errors, including:
- Payment Failures: Transactions failing at the final stage or status updates not reflecting after payment.
- Access Denied: Frequent “service unavailable” messages and prolonged portal outages.
- Navigation Issues: The application link intermittently disappearing or incorrectly redirecting users.
While the Board maintains that operations are normal, the disconnect between official statements and the student experience is fueling anxiety. With deadlines looming for the re-evaluation process, parents and candidates continue to call for a more stable and reliable digital infrastructure to handle the high volume of traffic.
