The toll-free number that the Nandan Nilekani-led High Power Task Force (HPTF) used to gather suggestions on examination reforms is being converted into an AI-enabled helpline. It will serve as the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) help desk and answer candidates’ exam-related queries in multiple languages.
The number, 1800 180 47 47, was originally set up by the NTA. The HPTF shared it in August and invited stakeholders to send their suggestions by September 13.
