Even during the pandemic, it was Mrs. Suruchi Gandhi, who ensured that Bal Bharati Public School was at the forefront of technology integration, much before the onset of the pandemic. Thanks to her foresight and the technological training imparted to educators, the school was one of the first institutions to implement flawless online learning modules. Mrs. Gandhi also ensured that the economically weaker section students received the necessary support in the form of mobile phones and gadgets. Additionally, the school provided rations and other utilities to our Group D employees under her guidance. Her commitment to ensuring that no student or employee was left behind during these challenging times is a testament to her dedication and vision as a leader.
And when Ms. Gandhi was asked about how personally the pandemic influenced her life, she shared – “The past two years have been tumultuous, humbling us and reminding us of the need to upskill ourselves to respond effectively to unexpected changes. We also realized that nothing can replace the importance of emotional bonding”.

Ms. Suruchi Gandhi holds an M.A. (B.Ed.) degree and actively participates in several educational professional bodies and organizations, including the NPSC, Action Committee for Private Schools, Rotary Club International, Climate Leadership Corps, Heart Care Foundation of India, and Subhag Foundation. In her personal life, she prioritizes meditation and the well-being of those around her. She finds mental peace and solace through reading books and reconnecting with nature through gardening.
