Tamil Nadu has long stood as a beacon of educational advancement in India—where academic rigor, cultural rootedness, and progressive pedagogy converge to shape the nation’s brightest minds. It is user friendly and it allows students to pose conjectures, develop proofs and observe counter examples, thus helping them to interpret a phenomenon mathematically.
Students are encouraged to give presentations in Geogebra to assess their understanding and explore ideas beyond the curriculum. The school has a math lab for primary and middle school students that enable students discover mathematical concepts by simple exercises that ignite curiosity.
Expanding Minds Through Innovation and Immersion
The role of digital technology in learning can never be undermined. To enhance interest and engagement in the learning process, unique pedagogical techniques that cater to different types of learners need to be used in the classroom. Smart panels give flexibility to create dynamic lessons, accommodate different learning styles and ensure a seamless integration of visual content thereby enhancing clarity and engagement. Every classroom in P. S. Senior Secondary School is equipped with smart panels to enable learning through different modes. Faculty members develop detailed presentations and video lessons to engage students and deepen their understanding through visual medium.

Empathy in Action
When asked about how the school addresses the evolving emotional and developmental needs of today’s learners, the Principal, Dr. Revathy Parameswaran, reflected, “In today’s fast-paced world, children face immense pressure—academically, socially, and emotionally. It’s vital that schools don’t just teach subjects but also create a space where students feel heard, valued, and supported.”
To that end, the school has ensured the presence of a full-time trained counsellor, providing a safe space for students to express concerns and seek guidance. The school has developed a specific curriculum to ensure the mental well-being of all students. The counselor interacts with the children to understand their challenges and prepares them to face the life ahead.
Proactive steps are taken to identify and address any emotional strain students may experience, ensuring their overall well-being remains central to their educational journey.
