CBSE Post-Result Portal Delayed

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) was forced to postpone the launch of its Post-Result Activities (PRA) portal following the discovery of significant cybersecurity vulnerabilities. According to senior officials speaking to The Indian Express, the flaws were uncovered during a digital systems review led by an IIT team.

Originally scheduled to go live on June 1, the PRA portal, which serves as the official platform for students navigating post-examination procedures—did not launch until the early hours of June 2. This unexpected delay has raised new concerns regarding the Board’s management of this year’s Class 12 examinations.

While the portal is now fully operational, sources reveal that the actual re-evaluation process has yet to begin. This leaves students who suspect marking errors and wish to challenge their results waiting for the next step.

Additionally, insiders report that CBSE has decided to drop the Coempt Edu Teck platform for the upcoming re-evaluation phase. The platform had previously powered the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system used during the initial evaluation of the Class 12 answer sheets.
