The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is accepting online applications from institutions with AICTE approval for the distribution of postgraduate scholarships. This is for students enrolled in AICTE-approved programs (ME/MTech/MArch/MDes) with qualifying marks and a valid GATE/CEED scorecard for the academic year 2023-24.
Institutes need to create student IDs and students must submit their applications online by November 30. The institute’s verification deadline is December 15.
Postgraduate students with valid GATE/CEED scores, enrolled in AICTE-approved programs within the sanctioned intake, must obtain a Unique ID from their institute and log in to the website pgscholarship.aicte-india.org. Here, they can upload scanned copies of all original documents in JPG/JPEG format.
Required Documents:
a. Scanned GATE/CEED score card.
b. Ensure your bank account is ACTIVE and linked with Aadhar Card. Verify your bank account linkage status with Aadhar through the manual link provided: pgscholarship.aicteindia.org/assets/manuals/Manual_for_Bank_account_linkage_with_Aadhaar.PDF
c. Only active savings accounts linked with Aadhar will be considered, as the PG Scholarship is disbursed through Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS) via Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
d. No-Frill Accounts, Jan Dhan accounts, accounts with transaction/credit limits, and Joint Accounts are not eligible.
