The Institute of Science & Technology is a self-financed college sponsored by Gopsai Avinandan Sangha, which is a registered society under the West Bengal Societies Act XXVI, 1961. It was established in 2005 with a noble objective of providing technical education to the rural communities in and around West Bengal.
