Starting today, April 16, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially opened the submission portal for the List of Candidates (LOC) for the 2026 Class 10 second board examinations. Following the release of the main exam results on April 15, schools now have a narrow window to register eligible students.

- Process: Schools must follow the specific guidelines issued in the April 15 circular to upload candidate information.
This announcement comes on the heels of impressive performance data from the main examination cycle. Out of the 24.71 lakh students who appeared at over 8,000 centers, the national pass percentage reached a strong 93.70%.
While results for the primary session are still being processed and finalized, the board is moving quickly to ensure students appearing for the second examination are registered on time, maintaining the schedule established in their prior March 17 notification.
