The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification instructing schools to provide details of teachers, including their qualifications and necessary documents, as part of the Mandatory Public Disclosure requirement. Schools are required to establish their official websites and upload the specified details.
Despite repeated instructions from the Board, CBSE has observed that many affiliated schools either lack a functional website or fail to comply with the disclosure norms. While some schools have websites, they have either not uploaded the required information or have done so partially. In some cases, the uploaded documents or information have inactive links, while in others, the prescribed details are uploaded but not prominently displayed on the homepage.
