The commencement of Class 12 examinations by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is scheduled for March 1. These exams, slated for 2024, will run from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm. Students are advised to be seated at their designated places by 9 am as answer sheets will be distributed by 9:05 am followed by question papers at 9:10 am.
For admission to exam centers, students must carry their admit cards. The official website of CGBSE, cgbse.nic.in, facilitates the download of Class 12 admit cards. To obtain these cards, students need to input their roll number along with their name or father’s name.
The Class 12 board exams under the Chhattisgarh Board will commence with the Hindi paper on the first day, followed by English on March 4. The exams will conclude on March 23.
In 2023, the Class 12 HS exams took place from March 1 to March 31.
This year, the board is extending psychological and educational support to students, teachers, and parents. Through counseling sessions, the board aims to equip them with effective tools and techniques to manage exam-related stress. A helpline number, 18002334363, will be operational from 11 am to 5 pm on all days except Sundays and holidays. A team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, educational motivators, subject matter experts, and board officials will provide assistance to teachers, students, and parents alike.
