Schools in Delhi-NCR are expected to suspend in-person classes and switch to hybrid learning today, the January 19, due to worsening air quality. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) activated GRAP Stage IV measures across the National Capital Region on Saturday, as pollution spiked into the ‘severe plus’ zone.
In Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Buddha Nagar district, which covers Noida, Greater Noida, Dadri, and surrounding areas, schools will operate on a restricted schedule from 10 AM to 3 PM. This applies to all government, private, CBSE, UP Board, IB, ICSE, and other affiliated institutions.
