NEW DELHI: The Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will launch the University Grants Commission’s SATHEE learning platform. It is a self-paced interactive assessment platform collaboratively developed by the UGC, the Ministry of Education, and IIT Kanpur.
UGC chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar recently took to his Twitter handle to announce the same. “SATHEE aims to make the students learn the concepts and focus on their weak topics so they feel confident to give any exams by watching videos prepared by IIT and IISc faculty members,” his tweet read.
“This platform aims to bridge the gap for the students in society who can’t afford the costly entrance exam guidance and coaching.
SATHEE is scheduled to be launched on 6th March 2023 at 10.45 A.M. by the Hon’ble Minister of Education,” he added.
The preparation material on the SATHEE platform will be available in multiple languages such as English, Hindi, and other Indian regional languages. Students will be able to use the study material to prepare for national competitive examinations like NEET and JEE.
This platform will allow all the students to take the experience of coaching classes. This platform will also be proven useful for the aspirants of UPSC recruitment examinations, CAT, and GATE exams.
