Students, instructors, and experts are optimistic about a stronger and more promising placement season this year as the engineering placement season starts on December 1. Many IITs shared the first phase data in a fully confidential manner last year. IITs and other engineering institutions reported a sluggish employment market last year, which was thought to be the cause of this.
