The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024 qualifying cut-off % has been formally lowered by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). The qualifying percentile has been decreased in all categories (General, SC, ST, OBC, and UR-PWD) by 21.692 points. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and the General category now have a new qualifying percentile of 28.308, down from the previous 50 percentile. Likewise, the new cut-off for persons with disabilities (PWD) falling under the SC, ST, and OBC categories is 18.308, which is a decrease from the previous 40 percentile. The previous 45 percentile was replaced with a new cut-off of 23.308 for the UR-PWD category.
