The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is set to carry out the Foundational Learning Study (FLS) to evaluate and enhance the core learning abilities of Grade 3 students in Delhi during the current academic year.
As per the Delhi State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), the study is tentatively scheduled between February and March 2026 in a selected group of schools. The list of participating institutions will be announced beforehand.
The Foundational Learning Study aims to assess how effectively students have developed basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills by the end of the foundational learning stage.
