The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the scorecards for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2023 by the second week of June, The Indian Express has learnt. Once released, the NEET UG results will be available for download at the official NEET website — neet.nta.nic.in.
The Indian Express has further learnt that the NTA has given the parliamentary committee assurance that NEET UG 2023 results will be declared latest by June second week. This assurance was given by NTA to the committee recently.
Today, approximately 8,700 candidates from Manipur have appeared for the NEET UG exam. These are candidates who couldn’t take the exam in Imphal on May 7 because of the violence prevalent in the state. NTA has given them an opportunity to take the exam from 10 cities.
For candidates in all other parts of the country, the medical entrance exam was held on May 7, which registered 97.7 per cent attendance.
Meanwhile, the NTA has released the OMR response sheets and provisional answer key for the candidates who appeared for the exam in other parts of the country. Candidates have time till 11:50 pm of today (June 6) to raise challenges against the given provisional answer key.
