The Karnataka government has chosen not to administer board exams for classes 5, 8, 9, and 11 at State Board-affiliated institutions in accordance with the Supreme Court’s order. Madhu Bangarappa, the Minister of School Education and Literacy, made the announcement in Bengaluru on Friday, October 18.
According to the Minister, class 11 pupils will take a yearly test, while kids in classes 5, 8, and 9 will take the Summative Assessment-2 (SA-2).
