The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the exam city intimation slips for the upcoming NEET UG 2026 re-examination. Candidates can now log into the official website at neet.nta.nic.in using their application credentials to check their allotted exam city.
The medical entrance re-test is scheduled for June 21, 2026, following the cancellation of the initial May 3 exam due to paper leak allegations.

- Date & Time: June 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
- Mode: Traditional pen-and-paper format.
- Scale: Conducted across 551 cities in India and 14 cities international locations.
Note: The city intimation slip is not the actual admit card. It is a preliminary document issued to help outstation candidates plan their travel in advance. The official admit cards will be released separately.
