In a significant move to fortify the integrity of national-level entrance examinations, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to introduce facial recognition technology for candidate verification. According to senior officials from the Ministry of Education, this new security layer will likely be implemented starting with the upcoming Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main in January 2026.
