The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has released an information brochure for the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET 2025) on its official website. As per the notification, the registration process commenced on December 30, 2024, and will conclude on February 15, 2025. Candidates may still apply until February 22, 2025, by paying an additional late fee of ₹500. The examination will be conducted in two streams: PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
For the question paper, the CET Cell will assign approximately 20% weightage to the Class 11 syllabus and 80% to the Class 12 syllabus, with no negative marking. The difficulty level of questions in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics will correspond to the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains, while the Biology section will adhere to the standards of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
