In view of rising temperatures, schools will run half-time from the second week of March. According to the Education Department officials, Half Day Schools will start in Telangana from 15th March.

Classes will be held from 8.00 AM to 12.30 PM during Half Day Schools. These precautions must be followed without fail during the half day school session.
Department of Education has suggested that better fresh water should be provided to children in private schools as well as government schools during this Half Day School.
