Summer Holidays announced in Haryana Schools


The state of Haryana has declared summer vacation for all educational institutions, including state-run, government-aided, and private ones. The summer vacation will begin tomorrow, May 28, in accordance with the directive. All state schools will be closed through June 30. On July 1 Classes Resume

All schools will now be open starting on July 1st, according to information provided by the Directorate of Education, Haryana, in a notice published today, May 27. It should be recalled that the June 1–30, 2024, dates for the Haryana Summer Vacation have been postponed to May 28–June 30. The choice was made with the temperature rising in mind. The state is seeing intense heatwaves, based on the weather prediction. The state’s current recorded temperature is 46 degrees.

Schools closed in Gurugram

Due to an intense heatwave that lasted from May 27 to May 31, the administration of Gurugram recently closed all schools, including public, government-aided, and private institutions. Schools in Gurugram will be closed from June 1 to June 30, inclusive. As to the directive, all schools shall have academic facilities starting on July 1.
