Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan met some NEET applicants at his residence on Thursday, amid the controversy surrounding alleged irregularities in this year’s National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) entrance exams. Pradhan gave them the assurance that the government would take the necessary steps to ensure that the academic calendar is not impacted by the counseling process’s delay.

NEET-UG counseling has not yet started because of the current lawsuit before the supreme court. This year’s largest medical admission test in the nation has been clouded by claims of irregularities and paper leaks.

Officials stated that kids brought up worries about uncertainty, counseling delays, and potential academic calendar delays at the conference.
