The final exams were held from March 21 to April 4, with more than 5 lakh students participating. Students can access their provisional marksheets by visiting the official website — [bse.telangana.gov.in](http://bse.telangana.gov.in) — and entering their hall ticket number along with the captcha code. To make the process easier, results will also be available via SMS.
