Climbing Ranks, Igniting Research
In 2024-2025, Glocal University racked up impressive wins on the rankings front. It landed in the 151-200 band for universities in NIRF India 2025, with its Pharmacy program hitting #100 nationally. Globally, QS World University Rankings 2026 put it at 801-850 in Asia and #254 in South Asia, plus a stellar #103 in Asia for International Research Networks.
Shoutout to Prof. Dr. Abdul Hafeez (Pharmacy) and Dr. Mohd Yusuf (Science), both in Stanford University’s Top 2% Scientists list of global heavyweights making Glocal University proud.
Additionally, the in-house faculty pumped out 235+ high-impact papers in AI, sustainability, and pharma, 15 books, 11 edited volumes from Nature, Springer, Wiley, and Elsevier, and 107 book chapters. They also filed 109 patents (including a US one for anti-cancer compounds) and 29 design patents, then launched the Journal of Engineering, Science, and Sustainability (JESS) in Feb 2025 for cutting-edge collaboration.

The university hit 70-80% placement rates for eligible students, with the highest package topping ₹18 lakh a year and median PG pay at ₹5.60 lakh.
